Sustainability Programme

At Daly’s Seafoods we are committed to sustainability, and we have a sustainability programme in place.

We source fish from suppliers that have a commitment to sustainability and are members of Origin Green, (MSC) Marine Stewardship Council or (ASC) Aquaculture Stewardship Council.

Where possible we try to source raw materials, supplies and staff locally reducing our carbon footprint.

Our electricity is sourced from environmentally responsible providers, generating it from clean renewable sources.

We have committed significant resources to the installation of state-of-the-art energy efficient refrigeration.

We are going gradually replace of our transport fleet with electric vehicles.

Solar Panels Enhancing Energy Efficiency and Reducing Carbon Emissions Project

We have installed state-of-the-art Solar Panels to produce up to 50KWp per annum of clean energy, the project was financially supported by the Brexit Adjustment Reserve Fund.
