Fresh salmon is in high demand and we at Daly’s Seafoods take the utmost care to ensure all of our salmon is prepared to the highest standards. Our salmon is certified organic, meaning it has undergone a strict, high-standard certification process.

At Daly’s, we use the finest Organic Smoked Salmon, Irish Smoked Salmon and Smoked Salmon, and together with our unique smoking methods, produce consistent delicate flavours. Salmon is dry cured with salt and smoked over oak and beech-wood. It is then sliced and packed in temperature controlled facilities producing perfect cuts every time.

Smoked Salmon

At Daly’s, we use the finest Atlantic Salmon and ingredients for our BBQ Salmon. We use salt, demerara sugar, whiskey and spices. Using our hot smoking process we create a delicious and uniquely flavoured product that tantalises the taste buds. It is then sliced and packed in temperature controlled facilities producing perfect cuts every time.

Organic Salmon

Our salmon is certified organic and is reared and prepared to a strict, high-standard certification process. Salmon is prepared in our own in-house facilities which have been certified to ISO 22000 standards.
