At Dalys, we purchase our white fish mainly for local boats in Portmagee and Cahirciveeen, Co Kerry. We also buy at the Fisherman’s Co-Op in Castletownbere, Co Cork. We fillet and pin bone our fish if required by our customers. We also have the most modern of skinning machines if customers wish to have the skin removed. Some of the species available are as follows:

Black Sole, Brill, Cod, Haddock, Halibut, Herring, John Dory, Kippers, Lemon Sole, Mackerel, Monk fish, Plaice, Ray, Salmon, Sardines, Sea Bass, Sea Bream, Squid, Swordfish, Trout, Tuna, Turbot, Whiting, Smoked Salmon, Organic Smoked Salmon, Irish Smoked Salmon. 

We also process fresh Salmon and fresh Trout.

Any of these can be purchased from our factory in Cahirciveen or from our retail shops in Castleisland, Abbeyfeale, Nenagh, Thurles and Portlaoise.
